This structure was built in 1930 as a repository of works for the former Imperial Gift Museum.
Covered in scratch tile, the building has a large square window on its south side and tall rectangular windows that open out on each floor on the north side. The hall was designated a Japanese Registered Tangible Cultural Property in 2008.
