Archaeological artifacts of the Paleolithic, Jomon, Yayoi, and Kofun periods (16,000 B.C.-A.D. 7th c.)--earthenware, stone weapons, burial objects, ceremonial bronze bells, and mirrors. Historical objects from the Asuka (538-709) to Kamakura (1185-1333) periods, including tiles and sutra containers. Bronze mirrors from the Chinese Spring and Autumn (771-453 B.C.) and Warring States (453-221 B.C.) period. Korean Unified Silla-dynasty (668-935) tiles and earthenware.
