Refunds for Special Exhibition National Treasures of Kyoto Ticketholders

Due to the rapid spread of the coronavirus, the state of emergency issued in Tokyo and other areas has been extended until Sunday, September 12, 2021. At the request of the Agency for Cultural Affairs, admission ticket fees will be refunded to customers who prefer to refrain from visiting the museum during that period.

How to Get a Refund

Applicable Tickets
Paid, unused tickets dated between Tuesday, August 3 and Sunday, September 12, 2021.
* Complementary tickets (shotaiken) are not eligible for refund.
Refund Method
Refunds can be made directly at Lawson and Ministop stores only during the refund period below. Only paid, unused timed entry ticket are eligible for refund.
