Announcement of Closures of the Museum Galleries, November 25, 2019 – January 1, 2020
All Museum Galleries are CLOSED for re-installation from November 25, 2019 to January 1, 2020 and Museum Gardens and Outdoor Exhibits are open for viewing from November 26 to December 22, 2019.

Closed on Mondays - Open areas: Museum gardens, outdoor exhibits
The exhibition rooms are closed. -
HOURS: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Entrance until 4:30 p.m.)
ADMISSION: Adult* 260yen (210yen**)
(includes guide booklet to the Kyoto National Museum gardens and outdoor exhibits)
*Admission to the gardens and outdoor exhibitions is free for university students and younger, seniors over 70, visitors with disabilities and one caretaker, and for Campus Members (including faculty). Please show I.D. Sorry, but guide booklet is not provided with free admission.
**Fees in parentheses are for groups of 20+.
