Announcement of of Partial Museum Openings and Requests to Visitors, June 2–July 21, 2020

After being entirely closed to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the museum is partially open to the public on an irregular schedule, as described below.
During this period, only the museum gardens and some of the first floor galleries (1F-5, 1F-6) are open to visitors. Other areas are closed in preparation for the upcoming special exhibition.
Before visiting, please check the latest information on the museum website and official Twitter account. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our efforts toward preventing the spread of COVID-19 infections for the peace of mind of all museum visitors.

June 2–June 7, 2020: Collection Galleries (museum collection exhibitions) partially open, museum gardens open
June 9–June 12, 2020: Only museum gardens open
June 13–July 5, 2020: Collection Galleries (museum collection exhibitions) partially open, museum gardens open
July 7–July 21, 2020: Only museum gardens open
July 22, 2020: Museum gardens and galleries are closed.
