Acknowledgement of 2024 Donations to the Kyoto National Museum

The Kyoto National Museum gratefully received the following monetary donations between April 2024 and March 2025.
Thank you to all who generously donated to the museum. Donated funds will be utilized for a variety of purposes including acquisitions, preservation, exhibition, and research.

In fiscal year 2024, donations totaling 6,522,350 yen, including those previously received, were used to support cultural property conservation and other museum activities.

The Cultural Heritage Disaster Relief Fund donation box in the Heisei Chishinkan Wing collected 532,303 yen during fiscal year 2024. The full amount was sent to the Cultural Heritage Disaster Risk Management Center, Japan, which is part of the National Institutes for Cultural Heritage.
